Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Mayhem.exe. All items are created and fulfilled in small batches.

Processing Time

Orders require time to prepare before shipment.

Standard processing time is 7–21 business days.
During high demand, restocks, or limited drops, processing may take up to 30+ business days.

Preorder or made-to-order items may take 2–6 months or longer.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

By placing an order, you agree to these timelines.

Shipping

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Postal service issues

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Shipping delays within the stated processing timeframe

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Include your order number

If approved, I will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact me first if there is an issue with your order. Orders that comply with our policies may be formally disputed if a chargeback is filed.
