All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect size or selection

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Shipping delays that fall within the stated processing timeframe

Refused or unclaimed packages

Minor color variations due to screen display differences
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.
Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are only issued if an item arrives damaged.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging

Include your order number
If approved, we will issue either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Mayhem.exe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment and are subject to approval.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
Chargebacks filed for orders that comply with our posted policies may be formally disputed using order confirmation, policy agreement, and tracking documentation.
