Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment.

Standard processing time is 7–21 business days.
During periods of high demand, restocks, preorder drops, or limited releases, processing time may extend to 30+ business days.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

Delays within the stated processing window do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Items labeled as Preorder, Made-to-Order, or Limited Release require extended production time.

Preorder fulfillment may take 2-3 months or longer, depending on production scheduling and supply availability.

Estimated timelines are projections and not guarantees.

Orders containing preorder items will ship only once all items in the order are ready.
